We have the reverse Michael Keaton on our hands.

This B list actor, best known for dramatic acting, sees himself as the next big comedy star and wants to focus on getting work in comedy movies and shows for the foreseeable future. That’s why his upcoming filmography isn’t as dramatic as it once was anymore.

‘I have no idea why or where he’s got it from,’ says the source. ‘I’m not gonna call him mad because it could work out in his favor, but I’m not confident.’

      • And I don’t think actors get as many awards as they want for comedy roles. Drama is no walk in the past either. Look at Jim Carrey. He bloody flopped as a dramatic actor.

        • Actors hunger for critical approval and commercial success. It’s easy for dramatic thespians to find the former. It’s hard for them to find the latter. Switch it for comedic actors.

  2. I was having this discussion with my husband and it’s bloody Christian Bale. I’ve seen him in nothing but comedy roles since he quit as Batman. I would bet my house on it!!
