This is the first time I’ve read Emmy nominations without Game of Thrones being there in years

It’ll be back next year and win everything.
LikeLike
Undeserved victories as per.

I’m not sure it will win a lot next year actually. The year after on its final season? Definitely.
LikeLike
It’s returning too late this year. It does feel peculiar not see to Peter Dinklage nominated.
LikeLike
Another awards show that I wont watch

No Leftovers? They can’t be serious. Constantly snubbing one of the best shows on the air.

Too smart for the Emmys.

No matter how shitty House of Cards is, the show will still get nominated by the Emmys.

The latest season better be the exception. That ain’t watchable on any level.
LikeLike
Ridiculous considering our far superior version didn’t even get a look at from the Emmys.
LikeLike
It’s the appeal of Kevin Spacey. I’m convinced he gives blowjobs for votes.

Middle aged actresses are really dominating the female acting categories. This like bizarro world.

Do you have a problem with that, sexist?

They failed to nominate Oprah, dears!

More evidence of the racism of the Emmy voters.

Or that she kinda didn’t deserve it?

Of course the Americans nominate the living daylights out of a celebration of an archaic institute we pay through the roof for. Where’s Happy Valley? Line of Duty? It’s not just monarchy and period dramas on British television!

We’re not interested in that shit. We just want you acting as English as humanely possible.

This list reads like a Klan Rally. Absolutely no diversity whatsoever. This is offensive. I hope there are sufficient protests and complaints. This needs to change.

I really can’t pick a winner between Nicole Kidman and Jessica Lange this year. I’m really interested to see who will win. Both seem like performances devised for award wins.
LikeLike
I think Jessica is gonna win. The Emmys really, really love her. Sad for Nicole

Nicole deserves it so much more. Jessica Lange was great, but she wasn’t playing Joan Crawford really. Nicole was so believable as a victim of domestic abuse.

I couldn’t bloody agree more. Sarandon was much better than Lange, anyway!!

I do not get the fucking attraction of This Is Us.

I’m totally upset at Bates Motel getting no recognition in its final season. Vera and Freddie deserved nominations at least 😦

So happy for the Handmaiden’s Tale’s nominations. Nobody had high expectations and yet look at how well it’s done…

I think there are too many awards shows, but I do get bloody excited when I hear about the Emmys. Can’t predict anything this year because I haven’t watched much, but Big Little Lies should bloody sweep up!!

Good for Carrie Fisher and her posthumous nomination! I feel sorry for the other nominees, Carrie has to win now! 😉
