Orlando Bloom has agreed to star up in Carnival Row for Amazon.
Carnival Row will feature mythical creatures who have fled their war-torn homeland and gathered in the city as tensions are simmering between citizens and the growing immigrant population. At the centre of the drama is the investigation of a string of unsolved murders, which are eating away at whatever uneasy peace still exists.
In the series, Bloom will play the lead role of Rycroft Philostrate, a police inspector investigating the murder of a faerie showgirl.

UFC Star Ronda Rousey won’t be watching the Notorious Conor McGregor face off against Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather on Sunday, Dana White has revealed.
“Ronda Rousey gets married tomorrow. Tomorrow is her wedding,” White revealed on The Rich Eisen Show on Friday. “And she’s in a good place, she’s really happy, and she hasn’t announced her retirement or anything like that. She’s focusing on this wedding.”
Rousey announced her engagement in April to fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne.
Bill Nye the Science Guy alleges that Disney has withheld $28 million in profits from distribution of the show.
According to the suit, Nye became suspicious in 2008, when Disney informed him that he owed the company nearly $500,000 due to an “accounting error.”
Chris Pratt and Anna Faris have announced their separation after 8 years of marriage.
The couple shared different but similar statements on social media with Pratt writing on Facebook:

Transparent creator Jill Soloway has attacked Saturday Night Live for featuring a “transphobic” character called Pat.
Soloway noted that Julia Sweeney’s long-running Saturday Night Live character Pat was an “awful piece of anti-trans propaganda that was handed out for years” and says Pat was “a hateful thing to do.”
Pat was last featured on SNL in the early 90’s.
The Grand Tour and the former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has been hospitalised with pneumonia on Friday in Spain.
Clarkson posted an image on social media Saturday showing his arm with a hospital identity badge. The 57-year-old joked: “not the sort of bangles I usually choose on holiday.”
