Nicole Kidman Starts How to Talk to Girls at Parties

She’s a regular glamour puss amongst Hollywood’s elite, but in How to Talk to Girls at Parties Nicole Kidman will be glam-pop amongst aliens. Kidman, 48, sports a shockingly retro look on set of the alien-themed movie, where she’ll be portraying a rock band manager in the 70s.

John Cameron Mitchell, director of Kidman’s 2011 Academy Award-nominated Rabbit Hole, will helm How to Talk to Girls at Parties, and Kidman will be filming for 9 days through December.

How to Talk to Girls at Parties is expected to be arriving on Earth in 2016, and stars Elle Fanning, Ruth Wilson, Matt Lucas and Nicole Kidman in its principal roles.
